The Tokai Twins are a Surf Jazz duo whose Tokai Twins live @ the VAC is a short promotion video filmed during a live performance at Albany’s Vancouver Arts Centre, for the opening of Portraits of Personality - an Exhibition of works by Suzie Kettle & Jay Cook.
